Return & Refund Policy

At Northmere Luxury Candles, we take pride in creating quality, hand-poured products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are handmade, we ask that you review the following return and refund policy before making a purchase.

RETURNS

We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unburned.
  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or an order number may be required.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of the date your order was delivered.

Please contact Northmere Luxury Candles before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

CANDLES THAT HAVE BEEN BURNED

For safety and quality-control reasons, candles that have been burned or used cannot be returned or refunded, except when there is a verified product defect.

Please follow the candle-care and safety instructions provided with your candle.

FRAGRANCE & SCENT PREFERENCE

Fragrance is personal, and individual scent preferences can vary greatly. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges simply because a customer does not like a fragrance after receiving it.

We encourage customers to review the fragrance description and scent notes before purchasing.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We carefully package our products for shipping. However, we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your name and order number
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photographs of the shipping box and packaging if the item was damaged during shipment

After reviewing the information, we may provide a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed your claim.

RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking. Northmere Luxury Candles is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.

REFUNDS

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Northmere Luxury Candles.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Candles that have been burned or used
  • Used wax melts or other used fragrance products
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise
  • Products damaged through misuse or failure to follow product-care instructions
  • Products returned without prior authorization
  • Products returned after the return period

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests. However, once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.

Custom or personalized orders may not be canceled once production has begun.

HANDMADE PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Northmere Luxury Candles products are handcrafted in small batches. Minor variations in color, appearance, wax texture, label placement, or other characteristics may occur and are a natural part of purchasing a handmade product.

These minor variations are not considered defects.
